We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Damaged Items: If your machine arrives damaged, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence. Refunds/replacements require documented proof.

• Change of Mind: Returns on non-customised machines are accepted within 48 hours. Return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer and can be costly due to the size and weight. By placing an order you acknowledge responsibility for returns shipping costs.

Customised items are non-returnable unless damaged in transit and reported within 24 hours. Refunds are issued once the item is received, inspected, and confirmed in original condition.

Yes! FoldFlow Core, Balance, and Signature models can be customised in leather colour and finishes. Signature models can also feature personalised logos or embroidery on wrist straps or frame at no additional cost. For frame logos or initials, strap embroidery, please note your request at check-out in the order notes section, we may contact you to confirm your request.

Yes. We offer Tabby and Tamara split payments.

Avoid strong chemicals. Fold away flat when not in use to keep your bed protected and dust-free. Simply wipe clean with a warm cloth after use. We recommend purchasing our Reformer Mat protector slips in addition to this.
