How long does delivery take?
Delivery time varies by model:
• FoldFlow Go: 2-4 weeks
• Core & Balance: 6-8 weeks
• Signature: 6-9 weeks
We coordinate courier delivery directly with you for a smooth, door-to-door experience. Delivery times are usually a lot shorter than stated but we give extra time to avoid inevitable delays like customs clearance or holidays.

What’s your returns policy?
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
• Damaged Items: If your machine arrives damaged, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence. Refunds/replacements require documented proof.
• Change of Mind: Returns on non-customised machines are accepted within 48 hours. Return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer and can be costly.
Customised items are non-returnable unless damaged in transit and reported within 24 hours. Refunds are issued once the item is received, inspected, and confirmed in original condition.

Can I customise my machine?
Yes! FoldFlow Core, Balance, and Signature models can be customised in leather colour and finishes. Signature models can also feature personalised logos or embroidery on wrist straps or frame at no additional cost.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We offer Klarna and Clearpay at checkout so you can split the cost of your reformer into monthly payments.
How do I clean and maintain my reformer bed?
Avoid strong chemicals. Fold away flat when not in use to keep it protected and dust-free. Simply wipe clean with a warm cloth after use.
